I recived this Hamilton Beach deep fryer as a gift being I have been getting intrested in fried meals at home.
I actually revel in this fryer alot. It is constructed very neatly. Very simple to function too. It warmths up properly and even has a timer.
Just a note, the timer dosn't flip off the fryer when achieved, which is now not an issue with me in any respect. The handiest factor I see is that the battery for the timer appears to be incased and cant exchange if it goes out, however it in point of fact seems to be working perfectly.
This fryer shouldn't be only simple to arrange and use, however cleaning used to be a massive difficulty to me before getting any fryer. This factor is very easy to disassemble and easy.
Nice deep basket. I had alittle downside with my beer battered fish and chicken sticking to the underneathside of the basket after I pulled a batch, but this has now nothing to do with the fryer, its simply learning the method. I'm handiest mentioning this for someone else intrested in purchasing a first time fryer. But the basket for this one is very simple to scrub and lovely deep so that you can get a tight load of meals per batch.
The food fries up very quickly too. My chicken and fish come out cooked good, staying delicate and juicy by way of following the directions that accompany the manuel/recipe e-book that comprises this.
If I ever wanted to get every other fryer for what ever cause, even if that is my first one, I wouldn't hesitate to get another like this. I am in reality more than happy with this.
