Not only does the Breville Electric Wok deliver as much warmth as a prime quality stove top wok, its floor is non-stick so I can use much less oil for more fit consequences. Yesterday, I made Beef Lo Mein and the pan was just as nice as earlier. However, upon used to behing it up in the sink, I no longericed that a bit of the non-stick had peeled off. This may be very disappointing as that is the best performing wok that I even have ever used. I'm crossing my fingers hoping that the non-stick will now not proceed to peel.
